1. Where We Ship
We currently ship to:
· United Kingdom
· European Union
· Selected international destinations
We do not ship to the United States.

2. Order Processing
Orders from our online shop are dispatched from our UK workshop.
We aim to dispatch:
· Stock items within 2–3 working days
· Customised items within the agreed production timeframe
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
3. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times once dispatched:
· UK: 1–3 working days
· EU: 5–10 working days
· International: 7–15 working days
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
· Postal or courier disruption
· Customs clearance
· Incorrect address details provided at checkout
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

· Weight
· Delivery method
Any applicable import duties, customs charges or local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to customs inspection and local import charges.
We are not responsible for goods delayed or held by customs authorities.

We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Additional shipping charges may apply if an item needs to be re-dispatched.
