We sell branded products including can coolers, tote bags, T-shirts and related merchandise.

All product descriptions and images are provided in good faith. Minor variations may occur due to natural materials, print processes or screen display differences.

 

4. Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.

A binding contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if:

· Payment cannot be authorised

· There is a pricing or listing error

· The item is unavailable

· Fraud is suspected

 

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise and include VAT where applicable.

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout.

Payments are processed securely via Wix Payments and approved providers (e.g. card or PayPal).

 

6. Delivery

We ship to:

· United Kingdom

· European Union

· Selected international destinations

We do not ship to the United States.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Customers outside the UK are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

Risk passes to you upon delivery.

 

7. Customised Products

Where products are personalised or customised:

· You are responsible for approving final artwork, spelling and design.

· Production of customised items will begin only after written artwork approval has been received. Once approval is given and production has started, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded unless the goods are faulty.

This does not affect your statutory rights if goods are defective.

9. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for:

· Death or personal injury caused by negligence

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the goods.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
